If you are appealing a ban you should include your steamid (Or provide your steam URL profile), in-game name, reason why you were banned, and a reason why you should be unbanned. Or just follow the template below: [In-game name]
[Steam ID]
[length of ban]
[Reason why you were banned]
[Reason why you want to get unbanned]
If you feel that your ban/punishment is over-excessive or unfair, you can still do a ban appeal. If you feel uncomfortable distributing your ban appeal publicly, you can send your ban appeal to the respected staff by this link [bans.smallhorse.site.nfoservers.com]

I suggest making appeals to bans.smallhorse.site.nfoservers.com first. If the initial appeal doesn't work out in your favor put a secondary appeal here to better help your case.

Also please ensure you're giving us direct details. The start of the ban appeal should be at bans.smallhorse.site.nfoservers.com. Give a detailed amount of information regarding your ban and we can compare it further. Don't make false claims. Something along the lines of "they banned me and I dunno why" won't cut it. Details will help your case, and if it doesn't work out on that site make a separate ban appeal in the forums with more detail.
If you don't follow ban protest guidelines, the protest will not work.
Between those two resources, the counter has to be legit. Use proper wording in expressing your appeal. Things like, or similar to, saying "They were upset with me" or "I don't feel I deserve this ban" without warrant will be ignored.
No bashing of staff or server will be granted an appeal. If you put an appeal in that suggests such, it will be ignored and promptly deleted. Choose your words wisely.
